Minimum Order: Minimum order is $100.00. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Actual price charged may vary from internet and / or listed prices.

Shipping Costs from our Canadian Warehouse:
[a] In Canada and to the continental USA -there is a $15.00 shipping and handling fee by post. If a client requests courier each delivery will be quoted individually and charged the actual cost plus our normal fee.
[b] On export orders [other than the continental USA and Canada] the actual shipping costs are billed plus our regular handling fee for export orders of $15.00

Payment Policy: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or prepayment by money order, or direct deposit or wire transfer. All sales are final.

Claims: All claims for freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier and our order desk within 48 hours of receipt.

Hours: We are open 9:00 am to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday to provide assistance.

Returns: Returns must have prior written approval. All authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge - please note no exceptions unless due to our error, or our manufacturer's error. Expired, opened, or perishable products cannot be returned. All returns require prior management approval and the client is responsible for return freight costs.
