Much has been written in recent years about the deteriorating nature of the modern diet. There has been profound questioning about how to improve the poor nutrient quality of foods available today.

What are HA and FA ?
According to the Water Quality Association, FA is a "water-soluble, natural organic substance of low molecular weight, often found in surface water".
